About This Role
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the general upkeep of the property and its facilities, as well as managing the maintenance team. This role ensures that all jobs are completed efficiently to meet guest expectations during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Allocate responsibilities to the maintenance team
- Complete the daily jobs list
- Complete preventative maintenance schedules
- Liaise with contractors
- Take responsibility for health and safety on property
Requirements
- Organised
- Excellent communicator
- Hands-on manager with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel
- Computer literacy
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of electrics
- Knowledge of health and safety
