Maintenance Manager

About This Role

The Maintenance Manager leads a team of Site Engineers across various client locations in the Netherlands, focusing on employee development, service quality, and strong customer relationships. This role offers significant freedom and responsibility, requiring a visible and approachable leader who can adapt to the needs of their team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coach, guide, and develop Site Engineers
• Maintain strong customer relationships and act as the primary tactical point of contact
• Monitor and optimize the quality of service delivery
• Evaluate maintenance results and system performance, adjusting as necessary
• Advise customers on maintenance, performance, and improvement opportunities
• Identify and implement improvements in processes, systems, and collaboration
• Collaborate with other Maintenance Managers and share knowledge and best practices
• Report to the Manager Service Delivery on customer satisfaction, team performance, and developments within your area of focus
• Promote and ensure safe working practices in accordance with VCA policy
• Participate in the 24-hour escalation service, on average once every two months

Requirements

• Driven people manager who can motivate their team and strive for optimal service delivery for customers
• Honest, driven personality who thinks in possibilities that contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery
• Commercial, customer-friendly, flexible attitude, enabling easy communication with customers, stakeholders, and various departments within BEUMER Group in Dutch and English
• Person with a helicopter view, who identifies and analyzes problems or opportunities early, acts proactively in various situations, and initiates improvement proposals
• Someone with technical knowledge, who is aware of the latest developments affecting the industry and responds to them early
• HBO-level education with a technical background
