Managing facility and equipment maintenance operations is the core of this role, with a focus on maximizing production uptime and supporting future growth. The Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and environmental requirements. This position oversees preventive maintenance, equipment repairs and installation, facility expansion, wastewater systems, and maintenance planning, partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to improve equipment reliability and production performance.
