About the role

The Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager and is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing critical mechanical, electrical, and DCS maintenance programs. In this role, you will lead efforts to maximize plant uptime and asset reliability while directly supervising the Maintenance Supervisor and the broader maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Best Practices & Compliance: Implement industry-leading maintenance practices to achieve and sustain company EHS, reliability, and performance standards, ensuring full compliance with all government regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Establish, track, and elevate workforce performance and skill standards within a continuous improvement culture.
  • Contractor Management: Oversee the maintenance and project contractor programs, ensuring external partners align with company standards.
  • Program Development: Build and execute sustainable, long-term programs to consistently meet and exceed plant operational goals.
  • Safety: Guarantee the safety and well-being of the internal maintenance team and all on-site contractors.
  • Reliability: Minimize equipment downtime and reduce off-spec product issues caused by machinery failures.
  • Fiscal Responsibility: Successfully manage the Maintenance and Mechanical Integrity (MI) budgets.
