This role supports the Director of Engineering in all duties, providing necessary assistance and information, especially in the repair and maintenance of the Kitchen/Laundry section, Building, Heart of the House areas, and all Food & Beverage outlets and function rooms. The position operates under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Engineering and within established hotel policies and procedures.
