About the Role:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including working on ladders, lifting over 50lbs repetitively, twisting, bending, and working in varying environmental conditions.
- Competence in following both oral and written instructions.
- Proficient in the use of a variety of hand and power tools.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience working in an academic or state organization.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience, i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Our ideal candidate has completed an accredited locksmith program and is proficient in the techniques of the trade.
- Experience in Keystone and or SimpleK key systems.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- A valid driver’s license and insurance coverage as required by the College's insurance carrier.
