About the role
Local property management company is looking for a dependable worker to help with maintenance and repairs. Work is helping with outside grounds maintenance and indoor maintenance/remodeling.
Construction or labor experience is required. Applicants should be comfortable using hand tools, power tools, lawn and snow removal equipment, ladders, and be able to perform physical work safely. Must be able follow directions and follow thru. Must have basic tools and transportation. Must have drivers license and reliable transportation.
