About This Role

Working as a Primary Maintenance team member means you're not stuck behind a desk. You'll be moving, fixing, cleaning, troubleshooting, organizing, and helping keep the restaurant looking and operating at its best. This role suits someone who enjoys physical work, getting their hands dirty, working independently, and taking pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Deep-clean restaurant equipment, work areas, restrooms, stock rooms, windows, floors, and other areas throughout the restaurant
• Complete assigned maintenance and upkeep tasks on time and according to restaurant standards
• Perform physical, hands-on work involving cleaning, lifting, moving supplies, equipment upkeep, and general restaurant maintenance
• Identify maintenance issues, determine practical solutions, and communicate issues that require additional support
• Work independently on assigned tasks while following direction and priorities provided by the General Manager
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and safety checks on restaurant equipment and building systems
• Maintain exterior areas, parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping, trash areas, and other property areas
• Help unload deliveries and replenish necessary restaurant supplies
• Filter fryer oil and complete other routine equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Take out trash, operate the trash compactor, clean difficult-to-reach areas, and tackle jobs that require physical effort

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
