Maintenance Director Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily maintenance operations, including repairs, renovations, and capital projects
- Supervise and train maintenance staff, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects
- Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and standards
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, dietary, and activities, to ensure seamless operations
- Budget and manage maintenance costs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
