- experience supporting Mainframe Operations including troubleshooting job failures, monitoring system health, job restarts, and incident escalation.
- Follow documented processes and procedures to ensure infrastructure systems stability
- Assist in the completion of project plans for the implementation and rollout of new or updated software and processes
- Experience using ServiceNow for incident management and change management required.
- experience with incident tracking systems, support processes, and operational procedures.
