Mainframe solutions (DB2, VSAM, JCL, COBOL, CICS, IBM MQ), Pre-Sales experience, Strategic Account Planning, Proposals & SOW, Opportunity Qualification, Opportunity Qualification, Pipeline / CRM Management, Commercial / Legal Coordination, Client presentations / demos etc.
Qualifications · Advanced knowledge of DB2 administration/programming for evaluating data-centric solution feasibility · Hands-on experience with VSAM file structures and performance tuning · Strong JCL skills for interpreting batch processes and estimating change impacts · Solid COBOL experience to assess business logic and modernization/integration paths · CICS background covering transaction flows, concurrency, and resiliency design · Familiarity with IBM MQ messaging patterns for mainframe/distributed system integration · Proven experience connecting technical capabilities to industry use cases and business value · Native-level fluency in English (written, verbal, presentations
