Job Role Home Helper / Domestic Worker Job Description
- Perform regular household cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- Clean rooms, floors, kitchen, washrooms, and other areas of the house.
- Wash and clean utensils on a daily basis.
- Clean toilets and washrooms properly and maintain hygiene.
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize clothes as required.
- Assist with cooking and help with basic kitchen preparation.
- Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the household.
- Follow the household's daily routine and instructions.
- Complete assigned household tasks within the given working hours.
- Maintain punctuality, cleanliness, and responsible behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
- House Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining household cleanliness.
- Utensil Cleaning: Washing and cleaning all household utensils.
- Washroom Cleaning: Cleaning toilets, bathrooms, and maintaining proper hygiene.
- Laundry: Washing and managing clothes as required.
- Cooking Assistance: Helping with vegetable preparation, kitchen work, and other basic cooking activities.
- Household Maintenance: Keeping rooms, kitchen, and other household areas neat and organized.
- Daily Task Management: Completing all assigned household duties according to the daily schedule.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in household work or a similar domestic worker role.
- Should have experience handling general household chores.
- Should be hardworking, responsible, and punctual.
- Should be comfortable performing cleaning, utensil washing, laundry, and cooking assistance.
- Ability to follow household instructions and maintain cleanliness.
- Should maintain a polite and professional attitude.
