Job Role Live-in House Maid / Domestic Helper Job Description
- Perform daily household cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and general housekeeping.
- Wash and clean household utensils.
- Wash and iron clothes as required.
- Assist with household shopping and other daily errands.
- Take care of children or elderly family members when required.
- Prepare meals if hired for the Cook or Cook + Maid position.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the house.
- Follow household instructions and complete assigned daily tasks responsibly.
- Stay at the employer's residence as part of the live-in arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- House Cleaning: Handle sweeping, mopping, dusting, and general household cleaning.
- Kitchen & Utensils: Wash utensils and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Laundry: Wash and iron clothes as required.
- Child / Elderly Care: Provide basic assistance and care when needed.
- Cooking: Prepare meals for candidates hired as Cook or Cook + Maid.
- Shopping Assistance: Help with household shopping and errands.
- Household Support: Assist with other routine domestic activities as assigned.
Salary
- General Maid: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Cook / Cook + Maid: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.

- Live-in arrangement with full-time work.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates residing in Delhi NCR are preferred.
- Must be willing to work and stay at the employer's residence.
- Aadhaar Card / valid identity proof is required.
- Should be responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy.
- Previous experience in domestic work, cooking, childcare, or elderly care will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable with a live-in work arrangement.
