Hiring Entry Level Machine Operators
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our production team. No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training. The ideal candidate is safety focused, detailed and willing to learn how to operate and monitor equipment while maintaining quality and production standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect molded parts for quality, defects, and dimensional accuracy.
- Trim, assemble, package, and label finished products as required.
- Perform basic machine startup and shutdown procedures under supervision.
- Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues or production concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs.) and perform repetitive motions.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced indoor production area with multiple machines and equipment.
- Air-conditioned, but may experience heat in summer; some unusual odors may be present.
Shifts
- 1st Shift M – F 6 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift M – F 2 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift M – F 10 PM – 6:30 AM
