About This Role
This night-shift post on the cardiac ward pairs patient care with mentoring new nurses. This role involves comprehensive customer service and operational support for a luxury yacht-style cruise ship, ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable voyage. As a key member of the opening team, you will contribute to establishing a new cruise culture.
Responsibilities
- Handle check-in and check-out at the front desk
- Manage embarkation and disembarkation procedures and provide various guidance
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Provide information on ship facilities, events, and services
- Perform general ship administrative tasks and various clerical duties
- Create various documents such as ship newspapers and 안내 materials
- Support the operation of ship events and activities
- Coordinate with various departments including hotel, food and beverage, and housekeeping
- Support the Hotel Manager's duties
Requirements
- Experience working in the accommodation department of the tourism industry
