Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Luxury Automotive Sales Porter to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking, ensuring proper <LOCATION> parking procedures are followed.
- Safely transport vehicles within the dealership premises, including deliveries and retrievals, using manual transmission or automatic vehicles as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle lot, ensuring all luxury cars are presented impeccably for showings or test drives.
- Provide exceptional guest services by offering assistance with vehicle access, keys handling, and answering basic questions about the vehicles.
- Support the sales team by delivering vehicles to customers’ homes or other designated locations, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy during each interaction.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities for parking fees or related transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests, providing clear updates on vehicle status and dealership procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience or familiarity with luxury vehicles is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Excellent guest services and hospitality skills to create positive customer interactions.
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey information and assist guests effectively.
- Ability to handle parking logistics at Monterey efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
- Experience in delivery driving or as a delivery driver enhances suitability for this role.
- Basic retail math skills for cash handling transactions accurately.
