About This Role

Working with cars and providing top-notch customer service is the core of this Lube Technician role, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfectly serviced vehicle. This position suits an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy setting and enjoys being part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs with speed and precision
• Wash windshields, check tire pressure, and ensure every vehicle is in top shape
• Engage with customers to recommend the best oil and services for their needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and promote the brand with pride
• Occasionally hold signs to attract customers and bring energy to the shop

Requirements

• Positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure
• Team player with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
