This Lube, Oil & Filter Technician role is an opportunity to start an automotive career within the Service Department. It suits a motivated and dependable individual interested in working with vehicles and learning automotive service.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes
• Perform tire rotations
• Complete routine vehicle maintenance services according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Inspect vehicles and identify potential maintenance or service needs
• Accurately document work performed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Manage multiple service tasks efficiently and accurately
• Communicate professionally with Service Advisors, customers, technicians, and management
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, OSHA, and safety procedures
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Self-motivated and dependable work ethic
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic hand tools required to perform assigned services
