LPN Wound Care Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide wound care services to residents, including dressing changes, wound cleansing, and debridement
- Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Educate residents and their families on wound care and prevention techniques
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection prevention and control guidelines
About the LPN Wound Care Nurse Role:
