About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate patient care in a high-acuity surgical unit.
Responsibilities include passing medications, hanging IV fluids, documenting assessments and care plans, and collaborating with physicians and Advanced Practice Providers to coordinate care. The LPN may assist with dressing changes, trach care, NG tube management, ostomy care, and patient education, under RN supervision.
Qualifications include Illinois LPN licensure , Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and >1 year of LPN experience.
