Shift: Days – Variable
Shift Length: 12 Hours
Guaranteed Hours: 36/48 Hours per Week
Schedule: 4 days one week / 3 days the following week
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Charting: PCC (PointClickCare)
Pay Rate: $40/hour
Estimated Weekly Pay
- 36 hours: $1,440/week
- 48 hours: $1,920/week
Job Summary
Central Continuing Care is seeking a reliable LPN Traveler for a Day Shift Long-Term Care assignment. The LPN will provide nursing care to residents in an LTC/nursing home setting while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Long-Term Care / Nursing Home experience
- Comfortable working 12-hour Day shifts
- Willing to work every other weekend
- Available for the 36/48-hour schedule
- Experience with PCC / PointClickCare charting preferred/required
- Reliable and able to work the scheduled rotation
