- Location: New Berlin, NY
- Shift: Evening, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time
- Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Requirements
- Active NY LPN License
- Strong LTC experience – Required
- Previous experience working independently in a long-term care setting
- Must be comfortable with limited facility training
- Strong medication administration and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Must be flexible to follow the facility's schedule
- Every Other Weekend (EOW) availability – Required
- Ability to work the 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM evening shift
