Complete Care at Barn Hill is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team! As an LPN on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents in a warm and compassionate environment.
About the Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
As an LPN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patients' conditions, and update medical records. Your dedication, expertise, and passion for nursing will make a profound impact on our residents' lives.
Responsibilities: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine tasks
- Assess patients' conditions, identifying areas of concern and reporting to the healthcare team
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of our healthcare services
Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Jersey
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Basic computer skills, including electronic medical records
