Are you a compassionate and dedicated LPN looking to make a difference in the lives of others? Comfort Keepers Home Care is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a LPN Home Health. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home assessments and develop customized care plans for each client
- Administer medications and provide medical treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in client's condition to the appropriate medical professionals
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of North Dakota
- Previous experience in home health care is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients
