Remote LPN/LVN – Clinical Interviewer
100% Remote | $24–$26/hour | Monday–Friday
A healthcare services organization is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join its remote clinical team. This position supports healthcare members through telephone-based medication outreach, information gathering, education, and appropriate clinical escalation.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with members by phone, reviewing medication information, documenting accurately, and working in a fast-paced environment with established quality and productivity goals.
Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish-speaking LPNs/LVNs, are highly encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound and/or scheduled telephone calls with members to gather medication-related information.
- Confirm member identity and follow required privacy and consent procedures.
- Review prescription medications, OTC products, vitamins, herbal products, and supplements with members.
- Discuss medication use, adherence, side effects, affordability, and other barriers that may impact treatment.
- Identify medication-related concerns and document relevant findings.
- Provide members with clear, easy-to-understand medication education within your scope of practice.
- Reinforce proper medication use, administration, storage, and adherence techniques.
- Recognize situations requiring additional clinical attention and route concerns to the appropriate team member.
- Work alongside pharmacists, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals when follow-up is needed.
- Accurately record call details, assessments, and outcomes within designated electronic systems.
- Follow established workflows, call guides, clinical protocols, and escalation procedures.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and documentation standards in a high-volume environment.
- Participate in coaching, quality assurance reviews, audits, and ongoing training.
- Effectively manage multiple applications and systems while conducting calls and completing documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Completion of an accredited LPN or LVN program .
- Current and unrestricted LPN/LVN license .
- Prior healthcare experience; telephonic outreach experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment .
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple electronic platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Spanish/English bilingual skills strongly preferred.

- $24–$26/hour
- Monday–Friday
- Operating hours: 9:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
- Various shifts available within the operating window
- 100% remote
