About This Role
This mission involves providing expert support in low-code design and development to create sustainable Grist solutions for the DINUM's Low Code Studio. The Studio assists agents in the State's decentralized services in simplifying administrative processes, often managed manually, by leveraging sovereign digital tools, with a priority on Grist for data management. The expert will work autonomously or in tandem with a Digital Services Support (ASN) coach, focusing on empowering agents to become self-sufficient in managing their Grist solutions.
Responsibilities
- Frame the needs by supporting agents and their departments in defining their use case (understanding the problem/workflow, scope, objectives, expected impact), with potential support from an ASN coach
- Analyze and assess feasibility by examining available data (production method, quality, structuring) and advising on feasibility and technical design
- Design and develop the solution in Grist (data modeling, formulas, automations, API integrations)
- Deploy and ensure adoption of the solution by implementing it, having it tested and validated by end-users, and assisting with its adoption
- Secure and ensure maintainability of the solution (access rights management, GDPR compliance) and document technical choices
- Contribute to the technical upskilling of ASN pole agents and decentralized service agents
Requirements
- Excellent command of Grist (data modeling, formulas, automations, APIs, access rights management)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and understand organizational challenges to propose the most efficient process
- Ability to design a simple, maintainable, and transferable Grist model for the business department
- Ability to connect to APIs and implement automations to interface Grist with other tools (e.g., Démarches Numériques)
- Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical users and empower agents to manage and evolve their Grist solutions independently
- Comfortable working in pairs or autonomously, depending on the subject, with a product coach and various business teams
- Sensitivity to public service issues such as accessibility, sobriety, reusability, and DSFR compliance
- Prioritizes simple and robust solutions over sophisticated ones, keeping in mind that agents will need to maintain them after departure
- Curious about the very varied professions and organizations to be encountered from one mission to another, to quickly grasp their challenges
Important Details
- Start date: October
- Estimated volume: to be specified according to missions, minimum 2 days/week
- Travel is expected, as are periods at the Ségur headquarters, to ensure the upskilling of ASN coaches, understand decentralized service use cases, and facilitate agent skill development
