Imagine yourself undertaking challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, and being responsible for:
- Supporting the team in investigations through Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and acting as a focal point in real situations, requiring strong interpersonal relationship skills, assertive communication, and teaching ability.
- Preparing reports, updating area dashboards, and creating new ones as needed, in addition to supporting the preparation of security presentations.
- Proposing improvement actions for the area and leading intrusion drills.
- Sending weekly performance reports to leadership.
- Conducting training for the security center team.
Requirements:
- Hold a complete higher education degree.
- Demonstrate experience in asset security, auditing, quality, CCTV systems, alarms, and access control.
- Analyze data, manage indicators, and prepare presentations or dashboards using tools like Excel and Google Workspace, such as Sheets and Data Studio. Familiarity with professional AI tools is a plus.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, good interpersonal relationships, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Be available to work in-person in Cajamar - SP, during the afternoon from 2 PM to midnight on a 5x2 schedule and occasionally cover other shifts when necessary.
