LO/LF Forklift Operator
Warehouse Operations | RF Scanning | Inventory & Dispatch
We are seeking an experienced and reliable LO / LF Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse team. This is a varied role encompassing inbound receipting, order fulfilment, inventory management, forklift operation, and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and assess inbound goods for quality and accuracy
- Accurately put away stock into designated warehouse locations
- Process customer returns, including verification, inspection, and documentation
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners with a high level of accuracy
- Prepare outbound orders with correct labels, pick slips, and shipping documentation
- Operate both LF and LO forklifts safely and efficiently
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel to maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with container unloading and stock movements
- Conduct equipment checks and report maintenance issues
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
Skills & Experience
To be successful, you will need to have:
- Current LF and LO Forklift Licences
- Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience
- Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Word
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs
