About This Role
This night-shift role involves simple sorting tasks in a logistics warehouse, suitable for individuals seeking part-time work, including students, freelancers, and those looking for a second job. The position is offered on a contract basis through SG Fielder, where staff are employed by SG Fielder and dispatched to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Pulling freight: sliding packages from a conveyor belt to the assigned lane
- Loading freight: placing pulled packages into boxes or trucks for each delivery destination
- Sorting small items: sorting small packages like envelopes by delivery address; suitable for those concerned about heavy lifting due to the small size and weight of items
- Unloading freight: unloading packages from arriving trucks and placing them onto conveyor belts
Requirements
- No qualifications or experience required
- Welcome to inexperienced workers
- Welcome to those with employment gaps
- Welcome to those with multiple jobs or side jobs
- Daily conversational level of Japanese language proficiency (reading and writing)
- Must be 18 years or older if working between 10 PM and 5 AM (due to late-night work, exception reason 2)
Nice to have:
- Experience in warehouse work, light work, packing, picking, etc., is not required

Important Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM the next day (45-minute break), 6 hours 15 minutes of actual work
- Work 3 days a week or more
- Employment period: until January 15, 2027
- Overtime is almost non-existent
- Trial period: 1 month after hiring (can be extended up to 2 months)
- Salary during trial period: same as regular employment
