Responsibilities 外資系工具・産業機器メーカーの日本法人において、物流・倉庫運営の中核を担うポジションをお任せします。
3PL（物流委託先）、フォワーダー、配送業者などの外部パートナーと連携しながら、輸出入業務、国内配送、在庫管理、倉庫運営を推進いただきます。
また、物流品質向上やコスト削減、業務改善にも携わり、日本事業の成長を物流面から支えていただきます。
※本ポジションはピープルマネジメントを担う役割ではありません。
■具体的な業務内容
- 輸出入業務および国内配送オペレーションの管理
- フォワーダー、運送会社、倉庫会社との連携・折衝
- 配送品質・納期・物流コストの管理
- 3PL倉庫の運営管理およびパフォーマンス管理
- 入出庫・保管・棚卸業務の管理
- 在庫精度向上および在庫最適化施策の推進
- 在庫差異・物流品質課題の分析および改善
- 倉庫KPI（在庫精度・出荷品質・生産性・コスト）の管理
- ERP・WMSを活用した物流データ管理・分析
- レポート作成および業務改善プロジェクトの推進

Requirements 【必須】
- 物流・倉庫・在庫管理等 サプライチェーンに関する実務経験（3年以上）
- 社内外関係者との調整・折衝経験
- Excelを活用したデータ分析経験
- ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
- ビジネス初級レベルの英語スキル
- 読み書き・簡単なコミュニケーションができるレベル

- 3PLマネジメント経験
- 輸出入業務の経験
- ERPまたはWMSの利用経験
- Oracle利用経験
- 外資系企業または輸入販売ビジネスでの就業経験
