Logistics Trainer

About This Role

As a Trainer for Amazon, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and enhancing the skills of our employees. You will ensure that our employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to safeguard their safety, operate efficiently, and seize professional growth opportunities at Amazon, potentially becoming our future leaders. You will support individuals at every career stage, from new hires to managers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training and coaching meet Amazon's standards.
• Review completion rates of training programs at various locations and improve them in collaboration with managers and other team members.
• Gather feedback and highlight areas for improvement in the training experience.
• Collaborate with teams to identify areas where training and professional growth gaps need to be filled.
• Help monitor metrics such as safety, quality, and processes at various locations.
• Provide training and coaching to employees so they can offer it to their local teams.

Requirements

• Proven ability to communicate clearly, including extensive experience in delivering group training and creating targeted communications and training materials.
• Good command of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in professional contexts.
• Full proficiency in the Italian language.

Nice to have:

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or teaching.
• Extensive experience in managing multiple sometimes conflicting priorities.
