Logistics Specialist

Responsibility:

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted business and production support.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and control through SAP, cycle counts, stock takes, and effective replenishment planning.
• Manage inventory health by controlling shelf life, aging stock, and obsolete inventory while ensuring full compliance.
• Optimize warehouse efficiency through effective space utilization, storage strategies, and process improvements.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service levels, and cost performance.
• Lead and develop warehouse teams while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations; food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Communicable in English is required.
