Logistics Scheduler, ADCO

About This Role

This role is for a Logistics Scheduler to join a centralized team focused on defining and implementing scalable solutions for last-mile routing and scheduling within a complex delivery network. The Scheduler will be responsible for executing routing and planning for assigned stations, impacting cost, customer experience, and delivery partner experience, while also developing best practices for the network.

Responsibilities

• Execute routing and planning for up to 6 assigned stations and tens of thousands of packages
• Coordinate with stations using various tools
• Be accountable for cost, customer experience, and delivery partner experience
• Develop best practices and standard work for the network
• Be responsible for last-mile customer experience, last-mile cost, and delivery partner experience
• Use data-driven decision making to achieve daily operational excellence
• Leverage quantitative analysis to identify best practices that improve customer, cost, and delivery partner outcomes
• Develop processes and systems to achieve metrics, often requiring scrappy solutions to temporarily overcome technical limitations

Requirements

• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Be 18 years of age or older

Nice to have:

• 1+ years of Amazon experience, or experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement effective solutions

Important Details

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, and overtime as required; flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
