This Logistics Manager role involves overseeing daily logistics operations, coordinating orders, monitoring inventory, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders. The position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, order processing, and fulfillment
- Communicate with customers, warehouse personnel, and external partners in both English and Spanish
- Track inventory availability, order status, and delivery schedules
- Proactively follow up on pending orders, shipments, and inventory concerns
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records and update information using SqUID ERP or similar management systems
- Prepare daily employee reports and monitor assigned operational KPIs
- Identify operational issues and coordinate timely resolutions
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with ERP or order management systems
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Ability to manage multiple orders, follow-ups, and warehouse communications efficiently
- Willingness to undergo hands-on training and adapt to company procedures
- Experience in logistics, inventory management, purchasing, or order fulfillment is an advantage
- Familiarity with SqUID ERP is a plus but not required
