Duties
POSITION SUMMARY: Serves all 448th Supply Chain Management Wing (SCMW) supply chain managers as the focal point for all matters concerning Wing Supply Plan Operations and Technical Data Operations functions. Responsible for standardizing, streamlining, issuing procedures and guidance, and executing Supply Plan Operations functions including provisioning, cataloging, loan control for GFP/GFE/GFM, AF discrepant materiel reporting program (DMRP), packaging test and design, traffic management, explosive certification/verification, and part number requisition (PNR) support. Responsible for standardizing, streamlining, issuing procedures and guidance, and executing Technical Data Operations functions including Technical Order support/management. Responsible for the AFSC Item Unique Identification (IUID) Program.
1. Performs the activities of the organization, ensuring operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization objectives.
2. Participates in projects and initiatives and performs special assignments. Evaluates reports by analyzing facts and performing appropriate research and prepares detailed responses.
3. Represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Contributes to and maintains effective working relationships with management levels and all coordinating agencies
Qualifications

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: At least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower broadband **(NH-III),**equivalent to the next to lower grade (GS-14) or equivalent performing duties that must include standardizing, streamlining, issuing procedures and guidance, and executing Supply Plan Operations functions including provisioning, cataloging, loan control for GFP/GFE/GFM, discrepant materiel reporting program (DMRP), packaging test and design, traffic management, explosive certification/verification, and part number requisition (PNR) support, standardizing, streamlining, issuing procedures and guidance, and executing Technical Data Operations functions including Technical Order support/management.

Knowledge of the applicable logistics management principles, concepts, policies, and laws; logistics functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve logistics problems; and all aspects of life cycle integrated logistics support.

Knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures.

Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and appraise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors.
4. Ability to identify, analyze, and translate complex information, make appropriate judgments, and evaluate options.
5. Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE**:** Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
