About This Role
This role involves working as a full-time employee of Willオブ・ワーク at a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, primarily handling the packaging process for tablets and capsules. The work includes preparing and tidying materials for the printing process and transporting printing plates.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and tidy necessary materials for the printing process
- Supply materials for products
- Perform regular workplace cleaning
- Transport printing plates to various positions in the printing process
Requirements
- Compulsory education in Japan
- Native level Japanese required
- JLPT N1 for foreign nationals
- No experience required
- Motivation is highly valued
- No resistance to working in an environment using organic solvents
- Commuting by public transportation is not possible (private car, etc.)

- Schedule: 3 shifts (06:55-15:55, 14:25-23:25)
- Break time: 60 minutes per shift

- Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (some based on the client company calendar), summer and year-end/New Year holidays
- Company annual holidays: 125 days
- Client annual holidays: 121 days
