About This Role
This part-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, involves overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, from planning and coordinating to optimizing the movement and storage of goods. The director will manage supply chain and warehouse activities, monitor procurement and inventory, and ensure timely deliveries.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong skills in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management to oversee end-to-end material flow and distribution
- Experience in Operations Management to design, monitor, and improve daily logistical processes
- Knowledge of Warehouse Operations to manage storage, handling, and inventory control effectively
- Proficiency in Procurement, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchasing optimization
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a logistics or operations role, preferably at a managerial or director level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using data and KPIs to drive decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage external partners
- Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, or warehouse management systems; advanced Excel skills are an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment
