This Director of Logistics role is responsible for developing and overseeing Paligen’s end-to-end logistics, materials management, and government-property accountability operations. The Director will design scalable systems, lead audit-ready processes, and develop a high-performing team capable of supporting rapid growth and strict compliance requirements. This role ensures full compliance with FAR 52.245-1, DFARS requirements, MMAS standards, and all contract-specific GFP obligations across CCC, TNT, and related programs.
