Logistics Coordinator / Senior Logistics Coordinator

About This Role

This role is for an experienced logistics professional to join a fast-paced, friendly team, focusing on luxury packaging for beauty, cosmetics, and food/beverage brands. The coordinator will handle shipping documents, track shipments, and manage freight bookings, with opportunities to contribute to process improvement and growth.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and approve shipping documents
• Create, review, and approve carton labels
• Track FedEx shipments, follow up on delayed packages, and provide requested documentation
• Create freight bookings in client portals and communicate details to factories
• Prepare freight quote specifications for air or sea shipments, send them to a forwarder, and prepare quotes for review
• Keep the Open Order Report on Monday.com updated
• Share logistics expertise to help improve how the team works

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct logistics experience
• Incredible attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
• Looking to join a company long-term
• Very reliable and punctual
• Critical thinking, data analysis, problem-solving, and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to think on your feet, make decisions, and juggle multiple priorities at once
• Willing to work until the job is done, if needed

Nice to have:

• International logistics experience (strongly preferred)
• Trade compliance experience (preferred)
• Experience leading or managing others
• Monday.com experience
