This hands-on role in a fast-paced environment focuses on the day-to-day management of final mile operations across all HeliosX brands and products. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with courier partners to coordinate collections, provide accurate forecasts, and ensure smooth deliveries, while also supporting performance reporting, investigating delivery failures, and managing compensation claims. Attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive approach are key to operational performance and customer experience.
