Job Scope:
- Process orders in system and ensure orders are released in WMS system on time
- Process ASN / GRN for inbound
- Correspond with customers in regards to incoming shipment, good returns and order related issues
- Assist in stock take reconciliation
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Able to work in a fast paced working environment
- Minimum Diploma levels with credit in English and Math
- Ability to accurately understand customers’ requirements, execute tasks correctly, and communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams
