Logistics Coordinator

About This Role

This new position offers opportunities for personal development, engagement, and teamwork within one of the most modern, highly automated distribution centers. The Logistics Coordinator supports continuous process improvement and problem-solving, assists with data-driven decision-making, and standardizes processes for the entire Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects and tasks in an organized manner using the JYSK Execution Model
• Support the preparation and implementation of the business plan
• Optimize internal processes
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making
• Participate in ongoing process optimization in operational, administrative, and maintenance areas
• Support problem analysis and implement solutions
• Escalate problems to relevant stakeholders
• Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Distribution Center processes
• Act in accordance with JYSK values: Merchant, Colleague, Corporate Spirit

Requirements

• Highly developed analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Communicative knowledge of Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Positive attitude towards change and ability to adapt quickly
• Experience in continuous improvement and project management
• Ability to effectively communicate information and collaborate with others
• Data-driven approach to decision-making
• Behaviors and attitudes consistent with JYSK Leadership
