Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee the customer order process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
• Act as a key point of contact for UK customers, managing order queries, delivery updates, and service-related issues
• Work closely with external warehouses, manufacturers, hauliers, and transport providers to ensure seamless operations
• Build strong relationships with internal Sales and Supply Chain teams, supporting promotional activity and customer requirements
• Monitor delivery performance, investigate recurring issues, and implement preventative measures
• Track logistics performance and service levels, supporting regular reporting and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Support the development and implementation of more efficient logistics and order management processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in Logistics Coordination, ideally within FMCG
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, or transport partners would be beneficial
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• An interest in developing a long-term career within supply chain and logistics
• Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience
