Logistics Coordinator

About This Role

This role involves coordinating logistics and providing administrative support for a company that offers roofing services to commercial and government projects. The position suits an experienced individual who can manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls
• Understand customer requirements regarding products, orders, queries, and meeting deadlines
• Match purchase orders with invoicing
• Put together revenue data charts and reports
• Perform data entry, filing, and end-of-month tasks
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries and dispatch
• Manage email inquiries
• Perform other administrative duties as requested

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet competing deadlines
• Previous experience and exposure working with freight companies and logistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Capability to work effectively within a busy, fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to assist with various tasks as required
