This role is at the heart of the company's supply chain, ensuring products are delivered efficiently and on time while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service. It suits a proactive and detail-oriented logistics professional with experience in coordinating shipments, managing delivery schedules, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and review outstanding delivery schedules with logistics providers
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and manage export documentation and commercial invoices
- Provide shipment documentation and packs to the Finance team within agreed timescales
- Support the processing and administration of sales order deliveries
- Liaise with freight carriers and logistics partners regarding shipment bookings and updates
- Assist in maintaining and developing stock management systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality, environmental, and housekeeping standards
- Work collaboratively with internal departments including Production, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, and Refurbishment teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in a logistics, shipping, warehouse, stores, or supply chain coordination role
- Experience arranging shipments and liaising with freight and logistics providers
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and delivery coordination
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience using stock management, ERP, or inventory control systems
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage changing priorities
- Highly organised and accurate
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Calm under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable approach

- 2 years of logistics experience
- 2 years of ERP systems experience
