Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer order fulfilment by coordinating with internal stakeholders, factories, logistics providers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Attend to customer enquiries and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and related records accurately.
- Coordinate shipments with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Support inventory control and stock management activities.
- Act as the key contact point for shipping and invoicing matters.
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate issues related to sales operations and customer logistics processes.
- Support local logistics operations, including product claims management.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a trading environment.
- Familiarity with Incoterms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage.
- Experience in inventory and stock management is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English for liaising with English-speaking customers, stakeholders, and business partners.
