Logistics Coordinator

Skills Innovative People Services, Inc.

Plan and coordinate daily delivery and dispatch schedules.
Assign drivers and vehicles based on delivery requirements, routes, and availability.
Monitor the status and progress of deliveries and ensure timely completion.
Communicate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, delivery instructions, and changes.
Coordinate with customers, warehouse personnel, and other departments regarding delivery schedules.
Track vehicles and deliveries using GPS, phone, or other monitoring systems.
Respond quickly to delivery delays, route issues, vehicle problems, and other logistical concerns.
Ensure that drivers have the necessary delivery documents and instructions before dispatch.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch schedules, deliveries, vehicle assignments, and trip details.
Prepare daily and periodic dispatch and delivery reports.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance or repair concerns with the appropriate personnel.
Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety procedures.
Perform other logistics and dispatch-related duties as assigned.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
