Overview
Our client is looking for an Inbound Logistics Coordinator to manage the receipt and movement of high-value semiconductor manufacturing equipment and materials. This person will coordinate incoming shipments, verify documentation, inspect equipment upon arrival, and work with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure critical tools are received accurately and on schedule.
Day-to-Day
- Coordinate inbound shipments of semiconductor equipment and materials
- Track shipping documents including BOLs, packing lists, and ASNs
- Schedule deliveries and dock appointments
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities
- Confirm serial numbers, part numbers, and equipment configurations
- Enter receipts into inventory and ERP systems
- Coordinate with freight carriers, customs brokers, and vendors
- Support inventory accuracy and movement of critical manufacturing equipment
Required Experience
- 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, receiving, or supply chain experience
- Experience handling high-value equipment, machinery, or electronics
- Knowledge of shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, ASNs)
- Experience using WMS, ERP, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Highly Preferred
- Semiconductor, wafer fab, cleanroom, or equipment OEM experience
- Experience receiving and coordinating semiconductor manufacturing tools
- Experience handling ESD-sensitive or contamination-sensitive equipment
- Heavy equipment or specialized freight experience
- Knowledge of import/export logistics and customs processes
