Duties
The incumbent administers and performs personal and real property activities for assigned area of responsibility including ensuring Property Custodians and Delegates are current, updates appropriate databases, records, transfers and excesses personal and real property, assists with property inventories both personal and real. Administers the Store Credit Program including preparing monthly reports, tracking E & R delinquencies, alerts management to impending purges and assists District personnel with requisitioning Logistics Center items. Administers purchasing, procurement and acquisition activities including preparing requests for supplies, services and construction projects, updates databases, provides purchasing guidance to District personnel credit card holders, utilizes small purchase guidance, updates on-line banking system and reconcile monthly bank statements. Incumbent provides general logistics program support including physical security: order, maintain, track and inventory keys, assist District personnel with completing applicable JAI and ensure property is properly recorded. Participates in meetings, and telcons. Develops reports, statements and data of both a factual and analytical nature to support line managers.
Duties and responsibilities at the FV-F are performed with greater supervision and oversight.
Qualifications
FV-F Pay Band Qualifications: Must have 3 years of progressively responsible general office work experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least the GS/FG-4 level. Such experience must have been gained in administrative, professional, technical, investigative or other responsible work. Examples include gathering data and preparing reports, charts, or graphs; assist higher level personnel in the daily office operations; maintaining inventory, etc. OR Applicants must have completed a 4-year course of study in any field leading to a Bachelor's degree in an accredited college or university.
FV-G Pay Band Qualifications: Must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level FV-F or next lower grade GS-5-7-9. Such work experience must have been gained in administrative, professional, technical, investigative or other responsible work, e.g., purchases supplies, equipment, or other services, administers and performs personal and real property activities; analyzes data, conducts research and applies policies or procedures; identifies problems and offers solutions to logistical problems.
