- Qualifications: Board certification in cardiothoracic surgery is required.
- Skills & Key Duties: Ability to manage a variable case load, work independently in a hospital setting, and coordinate with medical staff for inpatient care. Flexibility to cover on-site shifts, including call responsibilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
